What are Clearance and Damaged Box products?

 

Damaged box products are items that have been deemed to be unsuitable for 'Shop-floor' display, and therefore cannot be offered to the general public for sale. The products are usually in pristine condition, with full manufacturers warranty. They are graded as follows: 

 

• Grade A – Slight box damage. Product is new and complete, with no visible signs of use. Full manufacturers warranty

• Grade B – Box damage is severe enough to warrant product testing by Engineering department. Product is in perfect working order, with no visible flaws. Product may be missing specified items
