Fileserver Hardware Contract –
Covers both parts and labour for hardware problems, crucial when the manufacturers warranty has expired.
Mailserver Software Support –
Covers Email server software and client software (eg Microsoft Outlook on workstations).
Workstation Support -
Covers workstation hardware, Operating System and selected applications.
