Remote Support –
Designed for Fileserver support, providing remote configuration of the Operating System for such issues as usernames and passwords. It provides onsite support for Operating System failure, and restore of Operating System in case of hardware failure.
Mailserver Software Support –
Covers Email server software and client software (eg Microsoft Outlook on workstations).
Workstation Support
Covers workstation hardware, Operating System and selected applications.
Support Tokens
Several levels of tokens which can be pre-purchased, giving guaranteed response times which cover labour charges resolving a single issue. Price is dependant on level of cover and number of tokens purchased.
